Evolon is a very fine micro-filament fabric with a very dense structure, which holds back even the finest particles. It offers reliable protection against mite allergens and is also very breathable, permeable to water vapour and quick-drying.

Washing instructions: Allsana sensitive care covers can be washed at up to 95 °C and are tumble dried at low temperature. Like all encasing, the Allsana sensitive care mite protection covers only need to be washed 2-3 times a year. The normal bed linen is pulled over the covers and this is washed in the usual rhythm.

Allsana sensitive care covers are made as pillowcase, duvet cover and mattress cover.
What is an encasing?
Encasings are dust mite and allergy proof duvet covers that protect pillows, duvets and mattresses from the ingress of mites, mite faeces and other allergy triggers. Likewise, allergy sufferers are shielded from allergens that are already in the bed material. For house dust allergy sufferers, the use of allergy sufferers bed linen (= encasing) is indispensable, as only this can effectively minimise the allergy pollution.
Cover for the mattress - indispensable:
Especially mattresses are not washable, so only by the use of a mattress casing, a mite-proof mattress cover can be ensured that house dust allergens cannot penetrate or escape the mattress. It is particularly important that the right cover for the mattress is a complete dust mite protection, i.e. a full cover that completely surrounds the mattress. Our mattress covers are equipped with a 2 or 3-sided zip so that the allergy cover can be easily put on. The usual fitted sheet or bed sheet is then stretched over the mattress, covered with the encasing.
Allergy sufferers bedding - covers for duvet and pillows:
Also available for duvets and pillows. The allergy sufferers bed linen is placed over the blanket or cushion and above the usual bed linen is used. The anti-allergy duvet covers and mite-proof pillowcases are therefore intermediate covers and not suitable as a replacement for normal bed linen. Allergy bed linen should be particularly light, cuddly and breathable, so that sleeping comfort is not too restricted. Allergy duvet covers and allergy pillow covers only need approx. 3 times a year, so the encasings remain on the bedding, while normal bed linen is washed in normal rhythm. Since the duvet and pillow even when using encasings do not need to be washed, the use of allergy-sufferers bed linen is a huge work relief.

Das Allsana Allergiker Encasing Set ist ein ideales "Starterset", da damit Kissen, Decke und Matratze in Standardgröße abgedeckt sind. Ein guter Hinweis aus anderen Rezensionen war, darauf zu achten, dass das Encasing für die Matratze ein paar Zentimeter höher sein sollte. Wir haben eine 20 cm Matratze, das Encasing ist für 24cm ausgelegt, passt super und ist nur leicht zu groß. Überrascht hat mich, dass bereits nach der ersten Nacht eine deutliche Verbesserung der Symptome festzustellen war. Für mich eine klare Empfehlung wert. Ich habe direkt noch einen kleinen Kissenbezug nachbestellt.
Der Versand erfolgte per DHL. Das Set wurde schneller geliefert als angekündigt. Wirklich super.
Nach einmaligem Waschen ist jedes Rascheln weg. Außerdem ändert sich am Liegegefühl kaum etwas durch den zusätzlichen Bezug. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, aber dass meine wirklich starke Stauballergie dadurch, mich während dem schlafen gar nicht mehr beeinträchtigt.
Deshalb sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man auf der suche nach einer Allergikerbettwäsche ist

Ich habe mir die Bettwäsche vor einiger Zeit gekauft und kann somit bestätigen, dass die Hausstaubmilben Allergie durch den Gebrauch massiv verbessert wird. Als direkter Kissenüberzug und auf der Matratze stört sie das Schlaferlebnis nicht, da das Material nicht hart ist. Von meiner Seite aus volle Kaufempfehlung.
Die Bettwäsche wird über das normale Bett gezogen um Milben fern zu halten Es ist ein bisschen dick und es Bedarf einiger Übung darüber noch normale Bettwäsche zu ziehen. Ansonsten ist das Produkt okay

Da mein Sohn im Frühjahr plötzlich eine sehr starke Allergie gegen 2 Arten von Hausstaubmilben entwickelt hat, bekamen wir ein Rezept für “Allergie-Bettwäsche“. Dieses sollten wir in einem Sanitätshaus einlösen, wo die Preise jedoch ins Unermessliche gingen, weit darüber hinaus, was von der Krankenkasse pro Set (100€) übernommen wird. Somit habe ich mich im Internet umgesehen und dieses Set gefunden. Der Preis unschlagbar! Nirgends anders für solch einen Preis gefunden. Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell. Qualität der Bettwäsche ist sehr gut und passend. Leider ist die Matratze etwas dünner, sodass der Matratzenbezug bisschen “Überschuss“ in der Höhe hat, ließ sich aber gut unter der Matratze verstecken, sodass die Liegefläche dennoch ohne alten bespannt ist. Nach dem Beziehen war ich positiv überrascht, dass wirklich kein Rascheln oder Knistern erkennbar war. Da es für die Kinder war (mein großer Sohn brauchte auch ein Set, da sie im selben Zimmer schlafen), haben wir die normalen Bettbezüge wieder drüber bezogen, wollten es nicht so kahl weiß. Natürlich wiegen die Decken nun etwas schwerer, was sich aber bisher bei den Jungs (grade jetzt, wo es kälter wird) nur positiv auswirkte. Nun zur Wirkung: Ich bin beeindruckt!!! Etwa eine Woche nach Nutzung ließen die allergischen Reaktionen bei meinem Sohn nach (schlimme Hautprobleme, offene Wunden durch Juckreiz usw). Mittlerweile hat er keinerlei Probleme mehr. Also aus medizinischer Sicht erfüllt dieses Set die kompletten Erwartungen! Aus Mama-Sicht bin ich unendlich dankbar, dass wir nur durch Bettwäsche seine Leiden beenden konnten und nun sehr gut mit den Allergien leben können. NUR ZU EMPFEHLEN!
