    Dips are an essential exercise in bodyweight training and effective for building triceps, pectoral muscles and shoulders. They should be an integral part of the training of anyone who is serious about their progress.

    High parallel bars are the best equipment to do dips anywhere, as well as a variety of other exercises such as deadlifts, L-sits, Australian pull-ups and variations of planks, front & back raises.

    I have already owned and tested many different models of dip bars, but they have always not met all the criteria I think as a regular dip bar user.

    Often they were not high enough for my height (6'), not wide enough, too unstable or had a bar thickness that didn't meet my needs if they did not rust the first night. With all these frustrations in mind, I decided to create the bars I wish.

      Die dipbarren sind ein super Begleiter, für ein homegym mit dem Fokus auf calisthenics. Sie sind super standfest und von der Höhe mit meiner Größe von 1.78 perfekt.
      Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das sie nicht 100% parallel zusammen geschweißt sind, sodass wenn man sie direkt neben einander stellt diese Minimal schräg zueinander stehen. Ist aber nicht störend im Training, sonder er optisch als Perfektionst ein Thema.
      Trotzdem kann ich die mehr als nur empfehlen, wer solide Dipstangen sucht, die nicht wackelt und optisch was her machen.
