How to choose the size:
1. Please refer to our size chart and choose the best size after measuring your chest/waist and other data. 2. Reference weight is the first factor, followed by HEIGHT, choose the size and follow our tips. 3. If your size is A size and your weight is B size, we recommend you choose B size. 4. The wetsuit is designed to fit very tightly, then much less water can penetrate to keep enough heat in our body. 5. If you do not want to feel tight, order 1 to 2 sizes larger depending on the size selection.

Washing instructions:
Hand wash in cold water with a soft detergent. Squeeze and drip dry.
Skin sensitivity:
If your skin is allergic to rubber, please take it off immediately or wear it over a T-shirt and not directly on the skin.
Note:
- The wetsuit can be tight on the first attempt, when dry, it is suitable in water
- You may notice a smell when opening, do not worry, it is not harmful to you.
- That ZCCO only uses top neoprene material.
- Please soak this neoprene wetsuit in cold water and wash it by hand.
- Dry it in the air to release the smell.
